Atlas Retail Security Returns Policy

Returns Policy Overview

In order to return any merchandise you must request an RA, or Return Authorization Number. Any returns received without a valid, pre-approved RA Number will be rejected.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and the costs to properly insure the package and its contents. If the return request is a result of our error you will not be charged. Once the merchandise is received and inspected we will begin the refund or exchange process.

In the case of a refund you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the time you ship the package with insurance to our returns facility. The four weeks takes into account shipping the package to our facility, inspecting the package and its content, processing the return and initiating the refund.

You will be notified via email should there be a problem with the return or when the refund or exchange process has been completed.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

Built to order of custom orders cannot be returned. All sales are final.
